A lot to learn and correct as a company

1. Exposure to Cloud technologies 2. Exposure towards work which would otherwise be beyond one's pay grade (for engineers) 3. Good WFH policy

Cons

1. Employee has very little control as to in what specialized skill s/he would like to continue as all the decision are mostly profit-driven and less employee friendly 2. No processes 3. Less overall technical growth 4. Bias towards one group of people, who knows how to manipulate new employees while enjoying all the benefits themselves - Politics basically. 5. Projects come with very strict deadlines due to the promises made by higher management, resulting unnecessary work pressure and ultimately flawed delivery (because of points 1 & 2 above)

Even after thinking a lot I could not find any Pros.

Cons

- Building products which are already existing in the market. Still showing as if they are the pioneers in building those products. - HR team is not supporting at all. - No ethics whatsoever. - Career spoiling company. - Devops team is the worst. A bunch of arrogant and disrespectful people with no team player ability. - No employee engagement activities. - They are just behind increasing the valuation of the company so that the company can be sold to bigger competitors and the management can enjoy on the monetary gains after acquisition. - And many more Cons. - I wanted to give a zero star but there is no such option on glassdoor.

Worst hiring process , you will spend lot of round and hr dont have any clearity, once they say you are selected and suddenly they will say they have some confusion and suddenly stop replying . Worst experience of mine . I hve wastage my lot of time in this hiring process. so please dont waste your time.
