Meeting international people, young people easy to work with, enjoy their facilities during your free time, fun job, relaxed atmosphere and a good opportunity to practice and improve your language skills.
Cons
No much private time. More like a temporary job, not a place to stay too long unless you can really move into administration or management level to have a good career progression.
