Pros
Store Management I have is great but he deserves better the stress is far too much from lack of support from higher up the company and selfish area management only caring for his own targets and not the well-being of the store staff running around trying to make sure he has a bigger bonus this year
Cons
- Company don’t really care about staff - Cuts and harsh budget make it difficult and overworked staff due to lack of hiring resources - Lack of guards due to not wanting to pay for one despite the co op radio promoting safety and care for the workers is my fav irony - Less pay than other retail companies - Only get sick pay if you’re off for more than 3 days so when on a smaller hours work week that is spread out a whole week of no pay is easily possible - The deluded detachment from the company that the area/regional and higher up members of the company have forgetting they are running a food store and have no Knowledge of accurately working in one and the issues the cause by lack of funding and support - only need to Google best retail stores to work and see how far up the co-op is on that list recently
