Pros
-Amazing product that changes the lives of people -Good opportunity to experience different aspects of the business (but thats just because its so poorly managed that everyone manages multiple things at once)
Cons
-Management is self interested and really doesn't give a damn about the staff -Zero succession planning, really no opportunity for promotion, horizontal movement only. They would rather bring someone else in than grow their own -Salary is pathetic. The ex-APAC HR director once told me that "we don't pay a lot because we are kind of like a charity"....no joke. This is a billion dollar company.
