We understand your concern and we are working on improvising our leave policy. Recently, we have added one policy wherein the employee will receive an additional leave on completion of one year with Codvo. Last year, we introduced wellness leaves.
We are sorry to hear about your experience with the time-tracking tool we use. These tools build trust and transparency for not only clients but also enable managers to manage their teams well and ensure better productivity and time management. Also, such a tool helps companies like us (remote first) to track the daily work as well as the time and effort for specific projects, so your employees know they won't be overworked.
