      Pros

      Its a good company to start up the career as you will got enough exposure to work in the real time world. As well it allows you to work in every phase of the SDLC.

      Cons

      Good at Politics. Here every one is thinking about himself. No one thinks about the team and the company. Bad at rotation policy, so who so ever got the chance to visit the client site, got stuck there and others need to wait for a long time for their turn.

      If you like the BPO setup. Then, this is for you.

      Cons

      A BPO setup as an executive assistant is very unlikely. The hiring process is all over the place and, you will likely be managed out if they don't like you.
