      Pros

      Better onsite opportunity as compared to other IT companies.

      Cons

      They don't' want to restore their old employee. Now they have changed their practice, More interested in hiring a less experience or fresher , teach them and replace the senior resource with them. quality of work wont matter at all.

      If you like the BPO setup. Then, this is for you.

      Cons

      A BPO setup as an executive assistant is very unlikely. The hiring process is all over the place and, you will likely be managed out if they don't like you.
