Pros
Payroll is managed on time. Initial onboarding process is smooth.
Cons
1. Although you're hired on Collabera Digital payroll, in reality, it's treated like a contract position. Once your client-side project ends, so does your employment. 2. No job security. You may be asked to leave within 10 days of the project ending, regardless of your performance. 3. The claim of being a “permanent” employee is misleading. After project completion, you’re left on your own with minimal or no support. 4. Very poor leave policy — only 1.25 leaves per month, credited at the end of the month, meaning you must “earn” your leave before using it. If you take leave early in the month, it’s unpaid. 5. During furlough periods (often in December), no salary is paid, even if it’s client-imposed and not your fault. 6. You are made to feel like a "worker", not a professional employee. 7. No official work email ID is provided — even basic infrastructure for professional communication is missing. 8. No real bench policy — no efforts are made to reallocate you to a new project post-release.
