Management has no clue - Quality Engineer Collins Aerospace Employee Review

A top team performer for over 4 years and awaited a promotion for half that time with no approvals. The Management structurer that oversees budgeting, staffing, and salary approvals is so disconnected from the people that do the work it is crazy. Site leadership submitted my paperwork 3 times in 20+ months and would not approve. Claims of budget constraints and timing issues prevented it from being processed. Felt like legitimate discrimination as I was not a personal favorite of the approving manager and was not a minority.
