      Pros

      For women, I've experienced a low amount of harassment at Collins. Some discrimination in positions, and default note-taking, subtle but it does exist. High salaries, have to work 20 years to get 5 weeks vacation which is very annoying

      Have to work 20 years to get 5 weeks vacation. High stress all the time.
