Still attempt to follow Goodrich People Philosophy and care about employees. Awesome technology and strong mission of supporting the warfighter.
Cons
As a part of United Technologies - corporation cares infinitely more about financials for the month and quarter than ANYTHING else. D&I practices are basically illegal (discriminate in favor of women and minorities) but they manage to skate by. The bureaucracy is unbelievable - middle level corporate employees create rules and policy to ensure their future employment.
