      - competitive pay - employee reimbursement plan - great ERG groups - hire very smart, knowledgeable people

      Cons

      - have an inclusion problem "diversity is being invited to the party, inclusion is being asked to dance." - the only place I've worked where I've experienced so many microaggressions.

      Layoffs Was told the company will only take care of their own, meaning the high potentials at corporate Long tenured employees are not valued
