Management is horrendous. Completely incompetent. However, the benefit to this is management is too afraid to let anyone go since it's a remote location. So even if you are horrible at you job, drunk at work, or completely incompetent you will not be fired or even disciplined. In fact, the Jamestown location will rewrite procedures to cater to those who cannot grasp the fundamental concepts of their job.
