      Pay was okay, everything was great until collins was bought out by utc then raytheon.

      Cons

      management is clueless, quality doesn't exist, "essential" employees treated lower than dirt

      Layoffs Was told the company will only take care of their own, meaning the high potentials at corporate Long tenured employees are not valued
