Bonuses cut from all regular employees while upper management still gets theirs. Poor pay compared to the industry standard. Remote and hybrid workers had jobs changed and forced back to work in the office with zero say. Poor raises the years you do receive one that do not come close to inflation. Profits for the company are the number one priority and they are not shy about making it known. Promoted to a new position from within but new salary was reduced based on old position salary.
