Senior Management is INCOMPETENT - Design Engineer Collins Aerospace Employee Review

One of the Senior Managers has an affair with a Manager that he promoted. This is widely known and HR is not doing anything about it. Many people are displeased because you will most likely get promoted with these kind of relationships or if you have close relationship with the Senior Manager who does not even know how to manage engineering because he is not an engineering graduate and does not take time to learn more or at least teach himself about the product. He keeps on mentioning “business acumen” as a top priority skill that should be learned and yet he cannot even drive the business full of very talented people.
