Absolutely no idea how this place stays in business… thank God for govt contracts and mark-up. Management is God-awful… simply applies top-down pressure to get things done, no systems, or any sign of business intelligence, really. Ol’ Girls club… Incompetent friends promoting incompetent friends… pretty sure one of the Engineering Managers has the emotional intelligence and of a 16-year-old girl, and operates her department as such. Cannot figure out how they haven’t pinpointed that their supply chain is awful, designs are non-conforming to quality standards, and turnover is astoundingly bad, yet try to operate at higher standards every year instead of fixed by the root causes. I guess that would require some accountability on Sr. Management’s part, good luck there
