Flexible, full compensation package is pretty good - includes 401k & HSA matches up to a certain percentage, 3 weeks vacation starting, sick time, personal time, health, vision, and eye insurance. Ability to purchase a week's vacation if you want.
Cons
Now that Collins is a part of RTX, there are huge corporation vibes. The hierarchy has too many levels and the message from the top to the bottom goes through the game "telephone" too many times to be accurate.
