Some managers and other leaders, specifically higher up the chain, are not that good and really only see you as a number that makes a profit. Now that Collins Aerospace is part of RTX, there is less job security than when it was Rockwell Collins. Also, benefits year after year are being reduced and raises are extremely stagnate.
