      Don't have to work full 20 hours per week, really just planning events and being on duty.

      Cons

      Beginning of semester conversations with residents can be taxing, as each RA has upwards of 50-60 residents.

      The work when I had it was amazing, I really appreciated it for what it gave me.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, with the change in management came zero transparency and rules for thee, not for me. It's led to really weird decisions.
