      Interacted with numerous amount of clientele on a regular basis, while being able to study for coursework and be paid (work-study). The supervisors are also great people

      The work is pretty monotonous, and does not change much from day to day. However, the work is relatively easy

      Pros

      My job with the Columbia Population Research Center is fully remote, which is a great perk. I can also create my own schedule and work any day of the week.

      The pay could be better.

      The work when I had it was amazing, I really appreciated it for what it gave me.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, with the change in management came zero transparency and rules for thee, not for me. It's led to really weird decisions.
