      Pros

      Full of distinguished faculties all around the world. Innovative research. One of the most eclectic student profile. Great international student affairs. Outstanding undergraduate education. It really recognizes the importance of its location. Best location

      Cons

      Payment is very low. It is really difficult with the graduate student salary. Paperwork is extremely slow. Limited resources channelized to research because of the new Dean's (engineering and applied science) austere measures.

      Pros

      My job with the Columbia Population Research Center is fully remote, which is a great perk. I can also create my own schedule and work any day of the week.

      The work when I had it was amazing, I really appreciated it for what it gave me.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, with the change in management came zero transparency and rules for thee, not for me. It's led to really weird decisions.
