Pros
The benefits package if you're a full-time staff member are great.
Cons
The bureaucracy at CU is not worth working there. So many loopholes and rules that were contradictory. Throughout the years so many adjunct professors confessed unable to make end meet since they do not pay a livable wage. Student workers were always striking for the same reasons. The department I worked for always micromanaged their employees so they had a high turnover rate. I wanted to stay because I enjoyed the work I was doing but I could not handle being dehumanized anymore.
