Very stressful environment. Leadership doesn't listen, especially GM and owner. They don't value the opinions of others, only things that used to work that have no baring in 2023. I've seen undesirable treatment of people of color, all white leadership, mostly white team that doesn't seek to understand the experiences or the issues of diversity and inclusion. The work loads are completely and totally obscene. They don't really care about work-life balance. You can cut the work at the end of the day, but the emotional toll is very heavy. The pay is minimal.
