Cons
Unprofessional, horrible salary, extreme lack of staff and disrespect, very unorganized. Stay away. 24/7 staff callouts, and coverage is scarce- management has to work extra shifts and be on call 24/7 with no extra pay. No transportation for residents. Place is in chaos and they play the blame game rather than fix the problems. Policies never followed through on bc they have no staff. Processes not aligned with the mission at all. False promises made.
