Pros
Not many. Management acts as if state benefits allotted are more than enough to keep us satisfied meanwhile, the CEO and upper management take ample time off whenever they please.
Cons
If you’re thinking of applying here, I’d look elsewhere for your own mental health. Compass is incredibly corrupt internally. HR is a joke and has been led by someone with personal ties to the CEO which makes raising concerns pointless. Management is incredibly inept and constantly looks to employees to solve their issues and take charge. I noticed that certain managers have no relevant experience being managers but get into these positions because of the tremendous amounts of “brown-nosing” they do for upper management. People of color are consistently used as front-facing employees meanwhile upper management is made up almost entirely of white folk. Yet, they highly advertise as advocating for people of color. Most recently, some staff were found to be embezzling money from client furniture requests and yet nothing was shared amidst staff about how this would be handled. Some staff with a previous record go on to upper management while those who raise concerns are quietly exited and focused on.
