Pros
Company has the greatest potential that I have seen in a long long time. So much money to be made, so many great employees to mold and watch flourish.
Cons
They have no idea how to harness their own power and the great employees there will die on the vine undeveloped, or those with innate skills will soon move on. Compass lacks structure - lacks experienced management/labor force - lacks common sense. Many managers/supervisors have little to no experience (and they aren't trying to get it). Someone just threw them into a management position and they refuse or don't care to learn how to do their job the right way. You need either technology or sufficient manpower to get tasks done and they have neither which leaves the workforce defeated and deflated. They don't really seem to care about their employees. There is little employee engagement and that is a shame. Most of the folks there are great to work with.
