Long hours, a lot of times not paid for working extra hours. Supervisor liked to badmouth Case Facilitators that he supervised to other Case Facilitators and managers.

Great community of people who are supportive and caring. The work environment is positive with constantly striving for excellence. The schedule and leadership are consistent and reliable.
