Pros
Great culture and nice and encouraging colleagues. Colleagues have diverse and intresting backgrounds/employment history e.g you could be working on a project with colleagues that were ex-guards, economists, worked in media etc. So you learn so much from the people within the organisation. Hybrid work model - 2 days in the office, 3 days at home. Interesting and varied roles. Benefits such as flexi-days (up to HEO)
Cons
Salary is based on civil service scale. Skilled workers who moved/moving from private sector will likely take a cut. Beaucratic - time to progress projects Expanding roles means the job is busy Rigid in structure i.e two in office days are outlined and very little flexibility with these.
