Pros

The developers, designers and PMs are really good. they are nice, fun to be around and to work with. good place to start, but don't stay for too long.

Cons

The management. They are toxic, makes you feel uncomfortable for setting boundaries. I caught them lying multiple times to employees, me and customers. they give you the feeling that you should owe them for employing you and that your salary is something to say thank you for. not something you earn with hard work. they have 0 appreciation for anything you do and only talk to you if they need something or if something is wrong. they don't give any room for learning or making mistakes. the wages are a joke and you have to fight for every raise. even if your review is amazing you don't get the raise you want or deserve and when you want to leave they will suddenly have the money to keep you. manipulative and toxic.

Pros

The employees working the place are great

Cons

Management is fully committed to make the news as the worst place to work in. Toxic environment, the main goal is to find who's guilty , no effort in moving forward. Any investment into the employees is seen as a favor that should be payed back, sometimes tied to a specificly drawn contract stating just how. they "allow" you to learn new skills so you can do 2 positions for the price of 1 and they will get paid by 2 clients simultaneously. And when you agree you have about 0 days to learn that said new skill, you end up lying to the customer to his face in the name of the company and kearn how to do it on the fly completely.

Pros

1. Exposure to diverse projects – You get to work on a wide variety of projects, which is ideal for anyone looking to gain hands-on experience with multiple technologies and systems (such as GIS, CRM, ERP, and more) within a relatively short time. 2. Your voice is valued – While it may take some time to prove yourself, once you do, management is genuinely open to listening. Your ideas and suggestions are taken into consideration, and even when decisions don’t go your way, you rarely feel ignored. 3. Great people to work with – The company is made up of highly professional, supportive, and caring colleagues. This may seem like a small perk, but for me, it made a significant difference in the overall experience. 4. Excellent location – The office is centrally located, well-designed, and surrounded by plenty of good food options, which makes day-to-day work more enjoyable.

Cons

1. High workload – The workload may not suit everyone. This is a fast-paced environment where you’re expected to stay productive and engaged. If you’re looking for a very relaxed day-to-day routine with plenty of downtime, this may not be the right fit. 2. Outdated equipment – Some of the equipment isn’t the most up to date and may occasionally cause minor productivity issues. That said, the IT team is responsive and usually resolves problems quickly. 3. Limited food benefits – There is no Cibus or 10bis, which may be a consideration for some employees.
