Unmatched learning pace for motivated professionals
Pros
1. Exposure to diverse projects – You get to work on a wide variety of projects, which is ideal for anyone looking to gain hands-on experience with multiple technologies and systems (such as GIS, CRM, ERP, and more) within a relatively short time. 2. Your voice is valued – While it may take some time to prove yourself, once you do, management is genuinely open to listening. Your ideas and suggestions are taken into consideration, and even when decisions don’t go your way, you rarely feel ignored. 3. Great people to work with – The company is made up of highly professional, supportive, and caring colleagues. This may seem like a small perk, but for me, it made a significant difference in the overall experience. 4. Excellent location – The office is centrally located, well-designed, and surrounded by plenty of good food options, which makes day-to-day work more enjoyable.
Cons
1. High workload – The workload may not suit everyone. This is a fast-paced environment where you’re expected to stay productive and engaged. If you’re looking for a very relaxed day-to-day routine with plenty of downtime, this may not be the right fit. 2. Outdated equipment – Some of the equipment isn’t the most up to date and may occasionally cause minor productivity issues. That said, the IT team is responsive and usually resolves problems quickly. 3. Limited food benefits – There is no Cibus or 10bis, which may be a consideration for some employees.
