Pros
Some of the best PMs, team leads and managers around. I have worked for several small companies and this by far is the best. They treat their employees VERY well (Fridays we would get bagels, donuts), free sodas, parties to celebrate different holidays. The senior management team are approachable, fun and friendly. Everyone is friendly, team oriented and nice.
Cons
There are no cons that I can think of. If you have a problem and go to your lead, PM or manager, they do everything in their power to help you. They very much believe in a work-life balance.
