Pros

New large company with start-up feel. Started in 2017 with large financial backing from Xerox split. Has the potential to be a great company with course correction and organizational changes. It seems management is motivated in trying to fix organizational disconnect and inconsistency, but it's slow reaching across the entire company.

Cons

Recent organizational changes, layoffs, low retention. Executives leaving in droves, leading to lack of clear and consistent direction. No raises, elimination of bonus program. Benefits have decreased (and require you to supplement with additional plans) while costs have increased. No 401k company match unless you're employed with the company through the end of the year. The different divisions in Conduent (and previously in Xerox Services) have been operating in silos. The culture and employee engagement across the company is inconsistent. No career planning or transparent succession plans to retain employees or promote within. No movement in management creates a ceiling, blocking upward advancement.

Pros

Work from home , convenient

Cons

The way they fire you for no reason; and than block you from emailing them, messaging them or anything without warning! I worked there for 2 years and I had asked to switch supervisors , because the new one I had was very rude and put down everyone. Well the week after I asked to be moved; shelve wrote me up 3 times in one week, which is cause for termination. One of the writeups was because she said I should have offered a customer an email at the end of the call! They are scandalous and I would not recommend to anyone to work for them. If the client: who’s name starts with an A and ends in with E… should not tolerate they way they are representing them!
