Pros

Multicultural place. Gives you some office experience.

Cons

They measure the quality of your work using a survey at the end of customers calls and the company doesn't offer solutions to all of the customers' complaints, therefore this leaves you feeling hopeless.Customers will feel angry at you and then the company asks you to leave because of the surveys, without taking into account your performance at executing processes correctly.

Pros

Job as described. This company is a contracting company pretty much and through them I was working for Humana. It was straight forward and as described, but the training Humana provided was a bit hectic and intense, and people were quitting left and right because of how much anxiety it caused.

Cons

High anxiety training environment that felt like we weren't fully equipped to do the job. Not having the freedom to get up and away from your desk unless you were specifically on a break. Automatic answering phones.
