Pros
You can determine your future or path. Many spend time looking at the negative but if you take a positive outlook, be continuously open to coaching and remain invested opportunities will present themselves. When I started 7 years ago - I didn't think I would enjoy a call center job, but with great support and a stern sup - she pushed me to take my talents to the next level, I became a sup - and once in that role decided to be apart of the culture that innovated change (positive) change. I genuinely enjoy what I do.
Cons
If you are a negative person - this job is not for you. If you get easily frustrated when things do not go 'your way' this job is not for you. If you are just working just to get a pay check then eventually this job will not be for you. So don't get upset when you are held accountable for poor work ethics.
