Stupid and cunning company. They keep a lay off strategy every year at different locations to adjust their loss in annual revenue. Team Lead or project manager has no hold in your billing position. Some times they also wil be fired. Conduent acquired business units from Xerox and ACS. But they never keep any of their parent company standards. BTech and experienced technical guys either in Software or in any networking domain please dont join this company. As they are holy cheats. If you are a family person having EMIs / loans, never join this company, as they put you out without any formal notice. I worked in Kochi unit. Conduent Director during 2017 is a fraud, When my job was lost i survived with friends help to find another job to pay my loans / EMIs So friends be ware of this fraud company.
