Pros
I had great colleagues, so good that I didn't want to leave the company but did so for my mental health. My employee's were fabulous. Lot's of flexibility in regards to work from home. Benefits for adequate.
Cons
Pay current employees below market average. New employee's typically paid at or below market average. Very strict pay scales that must be followed by hiring manager and approvals to go beyond these scales within the job title require CFO approval. Incredibly silo'd business units. Communication across the different business units is weak at best and ideas and products are not effectively shared. As of 2021-2022, the company is having major issues with employee retention. Key personnel are continually leaving the which has resulted in the lost of important product and process knowledge as well as having a negative affect on employee morale. Leadership continually has forums with senior management but much of that time is spent congratulating on revenue wins and listening to feedback but not following through on any of it. Work is expected 7 days a week. The company has many international focuses and frequently there are meetings with clients at 2AM, or on weekends to resolve major issues (which happen more than they should). There are too many different business units at this company doing many different things. It's in an incredible number of industries and markets that have nothing to do with each other and it has clearly had an effect on the bottom line as management can't seem to build a plan that works for every line of business.
