Pros

Company offers voluntary time off. Work from home

Cons

I worked for this company for 5 years. The benefits are horrible, the PTO is horrible. No sick time offered The system you use to complete your daily tasks rarely ever work. All of management follows their own set of rules. Not one manager is on the same page. You will sign so many documents about procedure you have to follow and what is expected of you but management will follow those same documents as they please. I dont know why I wasted so many years with this company. Do yourself a favor and work directly for a company and not a third party vendor. We were promised so many gifts and prizes throughout the years and nothing was ever followed up on. In all my 5 years I think they gave a 20 dollar gift card once. When promoted to a senior advisor we were suppose to be given a gift of some sort, never received. During peak season they had us play games and fill out surveys for hats and shirts and no one ever received a single item. When promoted to a senior advisor your still not actually given any type of special tools, you just get yelled at more and obtain more bad surveys. Any accommodations you ask for are always turned down. You will be constantly on edge about losing your job. There is zero job security here. If you're looking for a temporary job, this is for you. This is not a company that's looking to keep you for a long time.

Pros

Paid on time, provided equipment, decent benefits from day one, nice co-workers

Cons

Sweatshop mentality of the supervisors, threats of demotion/termination for medical leave, random layoffs when calls didn't justify hours, with those same hours shifted to supervisors to keep them active. Unable to print paystubs, had to request everything through a supervisor, and provide copious amounts of private information to have the request honored. Corrosive environment - I left as soon as I got another offer, gave 24 hours notice (and I've never, ever done that before). Unless you're on the verge of homelessness or starvation, avoid at all costs.
