- Lots of merge with other companies that led to multiple (and useless) management layers so less freedom, lots of useless meetings, lots of approval layers.
- 2 rounds of layoffs between Jan 23 and Jan 24 that were led in complete chaos, lack of empathy for the people impacted and their teams staying in the company. HR team was completely clueless about how to manage such events. Not to mention a lot of other people were "let go" or "went to pursue other projects" outside of those layoff moments.
- Constant reorganisation of the company without clear communication leaving both employees and managers confused.
- Lack of leadership between French team and American team : are we still a "French Tech" company or just any other random American corporation led by non genuine people?
- No clear "remote work" policy. Actually, no clear rules for a lot of stuff. A lot of stuff were left to the manager's appreciation, which led to inequalities between teams.
