- There’s no longer a clear route to progression. When I joined, I was told there was a 12-month pathway to move from SDR into AE. Two years later, that pathway has been scrapped, and there have been no discussions about promotion or even a base pay increase.
- There’s been a lot of internal changes and restructuring, which makes things feel unstable at times.
- Onboarding and training could be much stronger - new hires often struggle to pass probation, and I feel the lack of support doesn’t set people up for success.
- High turnover in the SDR team due to performance-related issues, but without the right tools/training, it feels avoidable.
