It really does come down to the people here, and it’s more than just a couple good ones. In fact, each and every person here is committed, talented, passionate, and overall great people and we wouldn’t be where we are today without them. As you noted, revenue and profitability are a focus and it’s essential to any business's’ health. At Copious, we’re committed to having robust financial health and building a business that’s going to thrive for decades to come. As the for the integrity of the work — every person here cares about the impact they make and about creating great work. We pour ourselves into what we do and strive to do work that makes a positive difference. And it takes a team to do that level of work, not just one or even a few talented folks, but an entire team working together with common values, goals, and direction. Speaking of direction, after a leadership transition, I've since acted on feedback I received from the team about expressing our vision and mission more clearly. Now that it’s been shared its impacting who we are, how we work, and the value we provide. For those new to Copious, our purpose is to create an abundance of positive transformation in people and brands.
