      Pros

      Cortland has friendly staff. Super personable. Absolutely loved my coworkers! However, I came from another reputable property management company, and I must say that upper management was not all that friendly.

      Cons

      Salary and commission amounts were extremely low. Benefits almost took up my entire check... How are we supposed to lie comfortably?
