Pros
Great benefits, excellent salary, phenomenal products. Medtronic could only improve upon the negative culture within the Hernia Division.
Cons
Punitive environment, inexperienced VP's and AVP's with no Device Sales experience, who do not know how to execute upon and see a sales plan through to fruition. Unrealistic quotas which are without fail LATE. Sales reporting was inaccurate and unreliable for years.
