The promise of cutting edge technology and a self-funded model attracted some incredible talent.
Cons
After about three months into the job most people figured out that there was no substance to anything - just big talk and delusional strategies. We frequently joked that we worked at the Theranos of the fashion industry. Not very funny when peoples' livelihoods were in the balance.
