When I started working for this company, I was a little intimidated by all the reviews left by other people. But as soon as I started, I felt really welcomed and at ease! The people who work here are awesome, they treat everyone like family, and are really hard workers. There's a lot of different teams focused on a lot of different projects, and it's an incredible experience to interact with people from all over the world that are interested in my field. Everybody is really easygoing and laid back, and the work is really diverse and interesting. The work itself is pretty cool; I love writing and media marketing and I feel like working at CPL has really allowed me to grow as a writer and learn a ton about marketing. This is a really cool place to work and you'll fit right in if you’re passionate about marketing!

The workload can get a bit crazy but there’s always someone to help out when needed!

Get involved from your very first day and work your way to the position you love and to the job you aspire to do, with us you really can. In this company there is not one employee that does not play a key role in the success of what we do. We started from a very small team (less than 10 people) and we are now a team of more than 35 employees looking to move to our new offices. Witnessing the growth of this company has been amazing, at time stressful for the growing pains, but rewarding and really making you look forward to what's to come next. Every employee opinion is valued and we all help each other succeeding and improving. We often organize (at least every month) night out with the team, team building activities like kayaking, yoga, games night, bbq at key biscayne, halloween, etc).

Feedback from our CEO is at time energetic and can misinterpreted, taking it the right way will have a huge impact in the quality of the work you produce though and will really make you grow professionally. There is no successful company that does not have a passionate person leading it and ready to defend his ideas while welcoming an open conversation. NOT the typical 9 - 5 corporate work boring environment, you are on top of your own schedule as long as you deliver.
