2yWe are sorry to hear you had such a negative experience with us. 2023 was a challenging year for many companies in our sector and we did everything we could to avoid making redundancies but sadly it was necessary for the longer-term health of the business. It was a very tough year, moving quickly into a downturn and we put our employees and our clients first, maintaining clear and transparent communications at all times. We would never want anyone to feel like we are setting out with anything other than positive intent. However, reading your reviewing it is clear that you haven't felt this in your time with us and for that we are truly sorry.
We understand that compensation can be a concern, particularly in this climate, we continue to review salaries relative to market data and are excited for the future as One Credera looking at total reward and benefits.
We are proud of the Leadership team we have, we have created a larger Board operating across both Digital and Consulting which has a strong and diverse range of experiences which we are confident is setting us up for success.
