They try to invest in their people with certs but lacks practical support. Office managers promote the culture. There are some good managers to support your growth.
Cons
You can get stuck on clients if they like you and there is a steep onboarding process. Can't seem to match what they say about being people first with their actions. Not a great place the start your career as they lack the ability to develop best practices since spread thin. Seems to be a better for seniors who want to refresh themselves with short engagement than lower levels who need to time to learn the craft.
