- Skills you up in certifications you are interested in - Good hierarchy of support - Diversity was fantastic - Inclusion was great - Got very lucky with my manager - Loved monthly meetings - Good events and clubs - Abundance of internal work you can get involved in
Cons
- Management has favourites - Will leave you stuck in a role that you audibly detest, I understand work is work at the end of the day but there were plentiful of opportunities to swap employees which could have been a win-win situation for all - If it suits them, there will be no career progression as you are stuck on a role that is mind numbingly unintuitive - Not good for promotion - Promotion isn't on merit, it's based on time served and length on project
