Pros

Things are changing in integrations and nothing great now.

Cons

Few things observed - No decent and timely hikes - No Variable Pay credited - Implement Return to Office(3 days a week) - No organiztional visibility to motivate employees - Higher Attrition - Right Culture is ignored - HR restricts Employees Voice & Opinion - Don't probably consider own leadership say - most of the times - Blame OMC/OPMG/Omnicom Group for everything - CPO - India is the one who always tries to put the responsibility on others for all the bad culture and negative decisions she takes - CPO who is expected to encourage and improve the culture in the workplace always focus or configure it as KPI to damage the culture - Ruthless, Worthless, Hopeless, Senseless and everything less than Good infact.

People really do come first at Credera, and it attracts some of the brightest minds I have ever been around.

Cons

Credera has tightened their return to office policy since being acquired by Omnicom

Enjoy the people I work with at the company

Cons

- parent company issues - stingy with promotions & salary increases - no stock awarded - no bonuses until L5 - weak leadership and communication - promotion timeline delays - “people first” is not a core value anymore
