CreditorWatch Response
3yWe have never had an employee from, or work in, Darwin, nevertheless I would like to address the review.
Like most companies in Australia we had staff WFH, return to the office, WFH and so on for almost 2 years. Since Australia has opened back up we have introduced a hybrid working environment allowing ALL staff to work from home 2-3 days depending on their department. Hopefully this is evidence of the trust we have in our people.
Our monthly staff engagement rating (s/o Culture Amp) for the last 12 months has averaged about 85% (86% in September) - this is above or equal to both benchmarks we measure ourselves against :
-Top 25% of Fintechs globally
-Top 10% of Australian businesses with 100-200 employees
This year we have also been certified as a Great Place to Work, while we finished in the Top 10 in the AFR Best Place to Work awards (Banking, Super & Fin Services category).
Finally, I think the other reviews on this platform paint a different picture to this review.
I'd welcome further discussion on this, particularly at which stage during the 3 years at CW you felt these Cons started to appear.
